About me..
Hi there,
I'm a hobby chef and always on the search for easy and quick, but still delicious dishes for my daily use.
My passion for cooking started when I met my wife. I started spoiling her with new dishes and kind of became her private chef. After a while, she started cooking as well.
In this Blog, I want to share our own recipes, but also test and review recipes that we find online, in books or other media.
Since we are from Germany and Spain, you will find that some recipes are influenced by our home countries.
We hope this Blog helps other hobby chefs to create quick and easy meals for their daily use.
We are curious about your opinion, so please feel free to leave your feedback. But please keep in mind, that we are not professionals ;)

Strawberry Bruschetta
Strawberry Bruschetta is a nice alternative to regular Bruschetta with Tomatoes. The sweetness of Strawberries makes this dish perfect as light summer appetizer.
Ingredients for 4:
- 6-7 Strawberries
- 2-3 Basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Pepper/Salt
- French Baguette
1. Chop Strawberries and Basil leaves in small pieces
2. Marinade both in Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil.
Season with Salt and Pepper
3. Roast Baguette in a pan or sandwich maker
until golden brown
4. Serve Baguette on plate and garnish with
marinaded Strawberries
Please leave your feedback :)
